STR Reports US Hotel Performance for the Week Ending January 28th - 2012 In year-over-year comparisons for the week, occupancy was up 4.0 percent to 53.8 percent, average daily rate increased 4.3 percent to US$101.84 and revenue per available room was up 8.5 percent to US$54.78.
